Warranty and Return Policy

In DP Quasar we are very proud of our products and our main goal is your satisfaction.

The Quasar DP writing instruments are guaranteed against mechanical failure due to defects in materials and must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Quasar DP may repair or replace, under its option, any product with manufacturing defects once received in our repair department.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by other reasons than defects in material or workmanship (including mine), nor those resulting from accidents, misuse, tampering or repair not performed by anyone other repairs department Quasar Dp. This warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratching and refills of any kind. The claims for breakage and damage during transport must be documented in written copy of the complaint within the time of receipt to the liable carrier where they detail the damage caused to the packaging and its contents.

For this warranty to apply, purchase must have been made from an authorized dealer and must be submitted the invoice bearing the lot number of the item. Only authentic products will be warranted Quasar DP. The customer is responsible for product packaging and shipping its return. Order Cancellation

Order Cancellation The customer has the right to cancel any order that has made to Quasar Detectable Products and receive a refund of their money, if it is done within 7 days following receipt. Exercising this way, their right of withdrawal. In case that the order has been processed and shipped, the customer must wait to receive the goods and then make the return of the order. Return or exchange of a product

If not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in original condition (packaging, boxes, etc.) in perfect conditions within 7 days of receipt. Provided that the product remains in perfect condition and if it’s possible with the original packaging, we will proceed to a full refund of the purchased price. The shipping return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

The product is your responsibility

Until we reach, the product is your responsibility. For your protection, we advise you to return using a delivery system that ensures product integrity. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. The time interval that uses to spent until the return becomes effective is between 7 and 14 days.

 

Wrong or defective item

If you has received an incorrect or defective item, contact us stating your order number, details and reason for return. You have 7 days from receipt of the order to proceed with the return. The return costs in case of error or defect in the product are borne by Quasar Detectable Products. Once verified its status in our facilities, we will send out the correct item or replacement or the defective item.

Please note that if any defect is detected caused by misuse or wear on the product, Quasar DP reserve the right to refuse the refund.
